Petredec's second new building was delivered to the Company from Hyundai Heavy Industries, Ulsan
on the 27 June. The vessel was named "Nashwan" by Sarah Smither, wife of Trading Manager, Rupert Smither. The vessel will commence a long term time charter to Mitsubishi.

Petredec's second new building Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC) was delivered to the Company from Hyundai Heavy Industries, Ulsan
on the 2nd June. The vessel was named "Mill House" by Claire Fearn, wife of Trading Manager, Giles Fearn. The vessel will immediately commence a long term time charter to Hyundai Merchant Marine.

The first of two 22,500 cbm fully refrigerated new buildings ‘Nijinsky’ was delivered to the Company from Hyundai Heavy Industries.
The vessel was named by Mrs Victoria Hill, wife of Managing Director Simon Hill. The vessel is to commence a long term time charter
to Transammonia.

Petredec's first new building Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC) was delivered to the Company from Hyundai Heavy Industries, Ulsan
on the 19th February. The vessel was named "Mill Reef" by Sandra Fearn, wife of Chief Executive, Charles Fearn. The vessel
will immediately commence a long term time charter to Hyundai Merchant Marine.

Petredec took delivery of the GOLDEN MILLER (built 1993) and GARRISON SAVANNAH (built 1992).
Both vessels are 16,664 cbm semi-refrigerated type and were purchased in a 50/50 joint venture
agreement with MC Shipping. They will operate under time charter to Petredec on worldwide business
in LPG and petrochemicals.

Petredec completed the purchase of the 6,311 cbm pressurised vessel "YORK" on the 29th June. The vessel flag has
been changed to Singapore registry. The owning company is YORK SHIPPING PTE LTD. SINGAPORE.
The ship managers, HANSEATIC, have been retained for technical and crewing management.
The vessel has been on charter to Petredec since built in 2000 and will continue to operate in the company's trading business in Europe.

Petredec completed the purchase of the 6,472 cbm pressurised vessel "KEMPTON" on the 17th May. The name and
Singapore flag have been retained. The owning company is KEMPTON SHIPPING PTE LTD. SINGAPORE.
The ship managers, HANSEATIC, have been appointed for technical and crewing management.
The vessel has been on charter to Petredec since built and will continue to operate in the company's trading business in Europe.

Petredec completed the purchase of the 8,712 cbm semi-refrig "WINCANTON" on 16th March 2007. The name and
Singapore flag have been retained. The vessel is currently on long term timecharter to
IINO LINES and primarily runs propylene from Japan to China.
The owning company is WINCANTON SHIPPING PTE LTD. SINGAPORE. The ship managers, HANSEATIC, have been
appointed for technical and crewing management.

Petredec completed the purchase of the 78,000cbm VLGC, Hourai Maru on the 8th February in Singapore.
The vessel is renamed the "Maori Venture" and will trade in the Petredec program, primarily between
the Arabian Gulf to Asia. The owning company is Marlborough Shipping Pte Ltd Singapore.
The current ship managers, Anglo Eastern, have been appointed for technical and crewing management
and the vessel will continue under Singaporean register. The vessel is named after the famous horse
"Maori Venture", which won the English Grand National in 1987.
