Giles Fearn

Giles Fearn |Chief Executive

Giles Fearn joined Petredec in 1996 as a trader for trading pressurised LPG in Europe. In 1998, he was appointed Risk Manager, and in 2001, he was transferred to the refrigerated trading division covering the North Sea and the Mediterranean.

He relocated to Singapore in 2003 as Eastern Trading Manager and was promoted to Global Trading Manager in 2008. He became Group Chief Executive in 2010 and is currently based in our Singapore office.

Mike Abbott |Chief Financial Officer

Mike Abbott joined Petredec in 2006 as Group Financial Controller and became Chief Financial Officer in 2010.

Currently based in our Singapore office, Mike began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in 1992 in London. He later joined a division of the United Technologies Corporation as Asia Finance Director. Mike is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Peter Lewis

Peter Lewis

Peter Lewis |Managing Director, Carib LPG

In 1991, Peter Lewis started Carib LPG Trading as a joint venture with Petredec which centred upon small ship LPG trading in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Presently based in our office in Barbados, Peter started his career with Texaco after completing his degree in mechanical engineering. He was a supply and trading manager and was responsible for the supply of all Texaco's products in the Caribbean.

James Spilsbury |Commercial Director

James Spilsbury joined Petredec (Singapore) in 2000, trading both pressurised and refrigerated LPG in Asia and West of Suez. He moved to London in 2005 and then to Monaco in 2006, building the company's refrigerated trading activities in the Atlantic basin.

In 2008, he was promoted to Trading Manager, and later became Global Trading Manager in 2012. James is currently based in our London office as the Commercial Director.

Philip TC Harwood

Philip TC Harwood

Philip TC Harwood |Fleet Director

Philip Harwood joined Petredec in 2012 as Fleet General Manager and is now based in our Singapore office. A chief engineer, Philip has 17 years of sea-going experience and 14 years of experience in ship management.

His ship management career started with Hanseatic Shipping in Cyprus, which was part of the Bernard Schulte Group. He later founded the UK office of Schulte Shipmanagement.

Cardine Teo |Group Head of Operations

Cardine Teo joined Petredec in 2003 as an Operation Assistant, first in the pressurised sector and then with the refrigerated operations team.

Based in our Singapore office, Cardine was promoted to Refrigerated Operations Manager in 2008 and became Global Operations Manager in 2009, overseeing the teams in Singapore and London.

Don P. Dunstan

Don P. Dunstan

Don P. Dunstan |President

Based in our Bermuda office, Don P. Dunstan was appointed a director of Petredec Limited in 1989 and became President at the end of 1989.

Prior to that, he held positions in a number of companies in the dry bulk and tanker shipping sectors, as well as LPG shipping and trading.
